What are the installation fees?

Installation fees will vary depending on whether you currently have a line installed and a number of other factors. We're able to check these details over the phone so please give us a call on 0843 462 0085 and we'll answer any questions you may have.

What are the migration fees?

Fibre Broadband Migration Fees

In most locations we are able to offer free migration on 12 month contracts to our fibre broadband packages. Call us on 0843 462 0085 and we'll run a few quick tests and let you know exactly what we're able to supply to your premises. A one off £75.60 migration fee applies to 1 month fibre broadband contracts.

ADSL Broadband Migration Fees

In most locations no migration fees apply for ADSL products on either 1 or 12 month contract terms. In locations where we are unable to offer free migration, a one off migration fee of £15.40 will apply. Call us on 0843 462 0085 and we'll run a few quick tests and let you know exactly what we're able to supply to your premises.

What are the one off setup options and prices?

We offer the following three setup options to get you up and running with Inspira Broadband. One of these must be picked alongside any applicable line installation fees:

1. Self-setup over the phone (usually takes around 20 minutes) £40
2. Self-setup plug and play - all you need to do is just plug in your Inspira Broadband kit and you're done! £60
3. On-site engineer setup. Price dependent on location, please contact us

We can offer our superfast connectivity services in up to 4500 exchanges across the UK, providing lightning fast speeds of up to 80Mb to millions of properties across the UK at competitive rates and some of the shortest contract terms. What is Enhanced Care?

Enhanced care gets you back up and running as quickly as possible. With enhanced care added to your account, faults reported by 13:00 will clear by 23:59 the same day. If reported after 13:00 they'll clear by 12:59 the next day. All of this, seven days a week including public and bank holidays. Enhanced care isn't a service level agreement, it's still an aim to fix not a guarantee. If connectivity is crucial to your business, consider adding enhanced care today.
